Your role in our mission

  • Develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable financial reports, models, forecasts, budgets, and pricing tools
  • Provide overall RxCOE management and leadership with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, trends, projections and analytics to support product operating and financial performance
  • Provide Program Performance Office support gathering key data and distributing reporting to support the understanding of financial performance and key drivers and drive long term planning
  • Responsible for financial/performance analysis, identification of month-end financial drivers and forecasting to ensure compliance with state requirements
  • Monitors opportunities for product expansion and measures product yield in support of annual product revenue expansion targets
  • Supports proposal response processes to ensure bids on new business are priced to win while meeting minimum margins
  • Provides ROI and impact analysis on resourcing decisions


What we're looking for

  • 5 or more years of Finance and/or Accounting experience, or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Access and data analysis tools such as Power BI
  • Strong Analytic Skills with attention to details and an ability to Creatively Develop and Maintain Accurate Data Models
  • Experience collaborating with Teams to Develop Modeling and Advising Senior Leadership on Analysis and Outcomes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
