IT Manager (Hybrid Onsite Required)

Location: Winchester VA | Schedule: Full-Time

We re looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee critical infrastructure, drive innovation, and support our mission to improve health in the communities we serve.

This is a hybrid role with required onsite presence to support hands-on leadership, collaboration, and system reliability.

What You ll Do

  • Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across assigned areas.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving companywide IT issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business and regulatory goals.
  • Ensure network security, system reliability, and compliance with healthcare IT standards.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage IT staff, fostering a culture of service and innovation.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance IT performance and user experience.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT- Strongly Preferred
  • 2+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise software.
  • Experience with information security, risk management, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
