About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional eDiscovery Specialist who will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to our legal teams. The role involves conducting detailed analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for optimization and maintenance efforts, while consulting with clients to define challenges and solutions. The specialist will also supervise studies, lead surveys, and perform data collection to inform actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients to define specific needs, legal challenges, and optimal solutions
- Initiate, supervise, and develop requirements for complex and mission-critical eDiscovery programs from inception to conclusion
- Provide strategic, expert-level advice and technical guidance to program and project staff
- Support legal teams with data collection, workflow design, litigation database management, and technical troubleshooting
- Train end users and legal teams on eDiscovery platforms including Veritas and Microsoft tools
- Supervise and lead studies, surveys, and data collection processes
- Manage including timelines and coordination across teams and vendors
- Respond to service requests and work queues to ensure timely deliverables
- Oversee data processing operations and ensure compliance with ESI protocols and standards
- Coordinate large-scale document reviews and productions using platforms like Relativity, Nuix, and SQL
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support
- Experience with eDiscovery services across the full EDRM lifecycle (File to Trial)
- Knowledge of Veritas and Microsoft eDiscovery tools, including data management, search query construction, processing, production, and quality control
- Familiarity with litigation platforms such as Casepoint, Everlaw, and Relativity
- Experience using COTS eDiscovery software for data processing, review, analysis, and production
- Oversight of data processing and compliance with ESI standards
- Experience managing large datasets using tools such as Relativity, Nuix, and SQL
- Advanced experience in eDiscovery planning and managing client expectations
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced production environments with tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure timely deliverables
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and/or Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
- Experience working on Federal Contracts
- Legal Project Management experience
- Paralegal Certificate
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
