Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed program plans, including roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics, in partnership with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Coordinate across hardware, embedded systems, AI, and field teams to ensure timely delivery and scalable deployment of robotic systems.
- Manage university collaborations, including contracts, milestones, and research areas such as locomotion, navigation, and manipulation.
- Serve as the primary liaison among technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of contract workers with expertise in robotics and data collection.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for hardware, software, and manufacturing needs, negotiating contracts and managing performance.
- Lead equipment procurement, installation, calibration, and maintenance to support research and production.
- Collaborate with supply chain and facilities teams to ensure efficient inventory management and lab setup.
- Monitor operational KPIs, manage risks, and develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions, delays, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 7 years of experience as a Program Manager (PM), Technical Program Manager (TPM), or Operations Manager, demonstrating success in leading complex initiatives.
- Proven expertise in Program Management, Operations, and Legal, with a focus on contracts and agreements.
- Experience working in Big-Tech environments and a strong understanding of large-scale project execution are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage university collaborations, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with engineering, legal, and external partners.
- Passion for innovative projects, particularly in robotics and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely delivery of programs.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
