- eCommerce and/or Curbside delivery experience.
- Expertise with packaged software (i.e., ERP, Retail, etc.).
- Solid skills in managing vendors.
- Can provide oversight over multiple locations.
- Good project budgeting experience.
- Both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well PMBOK knowledge.
- Someone that comes from a mature shop, and has the ability to guide an immature shop.
- Can process risk pretty well and guide decisions around that.
- Strong Project scheduling experience.
- Ability to help transition to the future.
