C# and .net is the most important.
Next is react (preferred) but front-end library vue.js is ok
If they don t have strong background in React then vue.js is ok
Not looking for WinForms, more web focused. If they re used to .net & have done web development, they will be in line with that. Security is nice to have.
2 to 4 years of experience.
They currently work with Azure, it s a nice to have but not needed
