Job Details
We're searching for an IT Project Coordinator to work on site in Rolling Meadows, IL. You'll be coordinating a project that will support the preparation, imaging, and deployment of assets to newly acquired business unit. This team will also support the physical set-up and configuration/go live of assets for approximately 700 users across multiple markets. The project coordinator will be assigned to support the project and to support all travel as needed for field technicians along with follow-up expense process.
Project Coordinator Technical Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience supporting multiple projects
- Excellent MS Excel skills including charts and pivot tables
- Experience working-in and managing shared workplace documents (google docs, team rooms, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and people skills
