Position Overview:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade frontend architectures with emphasis on security, performance, observability, and scalability.
• Lead technical initiatives across the frontend technology stack.
• Core Technical.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern CSS, and web security standards.
• Nextjs, Reactjs, etc.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry)
• Experience with build systems (Webpack, Vite), testing frameworks, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of CDN configuration, service workers, and browser APIs.
• Understanding of network protocols, authentication systems, and encryption.

Security Architecture:

• Implement Content Security Policy (CSP) and secure authentication flows.
• Design XSS/CSRF protection strategies and secure state management.
• Establish secure communication protocols and API integration patterns.
• Define client-side data encryption and sensitive information handling policies.

Performance Engineering:

• Architect code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle optimization strategies.
• Implement performance monitoring, Core Web Vitals tracking, and optimization pipelines.
• Design caching strategies (browser, CDN, service worker) and resource loading patterns.
• Establish performance budgets and automated performance regression detection.

Error Handling & Logging:

• Design centralized error tracking and reporting systems.
• Implement structured logging, error boundaries, and graceful degradation patterns.
• Architect client-side monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
• Define error categorization, escalation procedures, and debugging workflows.

Observability & Tracing:

• Implement distributed tracing for frontend-backend request flows.
• Design user behavior analytics and performance telemetry collection.
• Architect real-time monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
• Establish SLA/SLI metrics for frontend applications.

Infrastructure & DevOps:

• Design CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment automation.
• Architect micro-frontend systems and module federation patterns.
• Implement feature flag systems and A/B testing infrastructure.
• Define disaster recovery, rollback procedures, and blue-green deployment strategies.

Data Architecture:

• Design state management patterns, data flow architectures, and caching layers.
• Implement real-time data synchronization and offline-first strategies.
• Architect API integration patterns and data validation frameworks.
