Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic developer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation for all projects in our Application. Facilitating the design and development based on the requirements finalized and functional definition provided by customer. You will work closely with the multiple business groups, technology partners and other stakeholders in driving solutions.You will lead efforts to build, test, and deploy Epic based program solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.You need work with a cross functional team comprising of development leads, designers, project managers, and others to seamlessly transition designs into deployment.Bring innovative ideas to solve complex technology problems,build prototypes and demo applications that address client needs and stay abreast of Epic technologies and build processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years professional with Epic Ambulatory certified analysts with SmartForms and Health Maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2+ years experience for building Navigators,Nurse Workflows,Smartform scripting and CER Rules .
  • Minimum 2+ years experience for Health Maintenance,Reporting workbench and Task build
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Advanced technical degree and/or related training a plus
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Mychart, Cadence, Healthy Planet, Slicer Dicer
  • Understanding of agile development practices
  • Working knowledge of Care Management Workflows

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
