Requirements:
- Candidates should bring a solid 7 to 8-year track record of working with the SAP HR suite (both SuccessFactors and ECC HCM modules, as well as exposure to the Mini Master functionality within S4 HANA) in addition to proficiency with SAP Concur. Experience should encompass the full span of project work, from initial requirement assessment to final implementation.
- Applicants must demonstrate skill in setting up and modifying various SAP HR components, such as organizational layout, role assignment, recruitment workflows, and self-service portals for employee use.
- Prospective consultants are expected to be adept in customizing SAP Concur to meet corporate specifications, developing workflows for travel and expense reporting that are compatible with existing financial and human resource frameworks.
- Responsibilities include overseeing system management tasks, including controlling access permissions, synchronizing user data, and maintaining master records within both the HR systems and Concur.
- The position involves leading training sessions to educate stakeholders on human resources and expense reporting protocols, ensuring users across departments are well-acquainted with system operations.
- The role requires adept problem-solving to address system malfunctions, capacity to handle urgent user issues, and thorough testing for system updates or enhancements.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams in IT, HR, and finance departments, ensuring that system integrations run smoothly, data remains consistent, and all processes adhere to enterprise policy.
- Documentation of system settings, business procedures, and verification scenarios is critical for audit trails and to facilitate ongoing process refinement.
- Day-to-day functions include responding to operational issues, effectively managing support queries, and rectifying concerns specific to SAP HR and Concur systems.
