BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager IV for a Remote opportunity

Location: Remote

Expected Duration: 06+ Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $50.00/hr-$55/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

The ideal candidate will be a top performer with experience at a high-tech global organization, a global consulting firm, or a data science role supporting business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable diving into the details and managing complex, large-scale financial operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of business experience. Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, navigating complex organizational structures and collaboration. Experience with data tools and platforms such as Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reporting outputs. Experience leading projects with the ability to set clear priorities and manage multiple demands and resources effectively. Proven track record of improving processes through innovation, automation, and operational excellence. Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership to effectively communicate and set project expectations. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus. Proven ability to self-serve, investigate and get the required data necessary for the management of business projects. Experience in leading outsourced teams, managing supplier relationships, effectively.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Implement processes for travel and expense documentation


• Analyze financial data using Concur, Oracle, and Excel


• Manage complex financial operations and lead projects


• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and leadership


• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management


• Support Supplier Implementation


• Support the development and implementation of strategies for Client Expense and Cards programs, updating policies for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Must-Have Skills

Years of Experience: 5 to 8

Degrees/Certifications Required: Bachelors

MIS, Finance or supply chain is preferred.
