The Finance Systems Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of new finance systems within the organization.
Lead the entire finance systems implementation project, including planning, data gathering, uploading, validation and testing and successful completion.Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance and usability of the finance systems post-implementation, gather feedback from users, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to drive continuous improvement.Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the new finance systems effectively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems. Proven experience 5 years in project management and finance systems implementation.Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and systems.Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and finance software applications preferable in SAP Analytical Cloud and SAP HANAAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
