Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Fire Alarm Division by managing high-volume data entry within the Compliance Engine tool. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of compliance-related information for fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-volume data entry with precision, inputting compliance-related information into the Compliance Engine tool.

Review and verify records to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.

Maintain organized electronic documentation to track fire alarm compliance requirements and inspections.

Assist with compliance audits by compiling and preparing reports from the Compliance Engine system.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary compliance data and address discrepancies.

Respond to compliance-related inquiries and provide administrative support for fire alarm regulatory processes.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive compliance information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in high-volume data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with compliance management tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data for inconsistencies.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in compliance administration, preferably within the fire alarm or security systems industry.

Familiarity with Compliance Engine or similar regulatory tracking software.

Knowledge of fire alarm inspection and regulatory requirements.
