Workfront Fusion Consultant Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain custom workflows in Workfront Fusion to support business and compliance operations.
Lead the integration between Workfront and our compliance system, ensuring secure and accurate data exchange.
Collaborate with Compliance, IT, and Project Management teams to translate business processes into scalable automated solutions.
Develop and manage documentation related to workflow design, integration maps, and technical specs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing integrations and workflows.
Ensure solutions are compliant with relevant data governance and security policies.
Provide user training and ongoing support for stakeholders interacting with integrated workflows.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and Workfront custom workflow design.
Hands-on experience with integrating enterprise systems, ideally with compliance or regulatory platforms.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party SaaS integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with compliance workflows (e.g., document control, audit trails, risk assessments) is a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or pharma.
Adobe Workfront or Fusion certifications.
Experience with systems like Veeva, SAP, ServiceNow, or other compliance platforms.
