As a Senior Process Engineer, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to develop, qualify, and scale semiconductor technologies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and global foundry partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D and Business Units to evaluate new technologies aligned with roadmap goals.
- Drive end-to-end process transfer and qualification projects to support scalable and resilient manufacturing.
- Lead data-driven yield improvement and quality enhancement efforts across multiple technology platforms and fabs.
- Cultivate partnerships with foundry suppliers to drive engineering/operation excellence.
Experience:
- 5+ years in semiconductor process, device, or product engineering.
- Proven track record of solving complex technical problems in development or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent team player and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated with strategic thinking and leadership capability.
Education:
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
