Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience in managing large-scale project implementations across organizations.
- Proficiency in developing and managing project plans, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
- Experience with overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts and translating business requirements to technical specifications.
- Experience with Agile methodology, managing feature-driven sprints, and tracking development progress.
- Experience leading and driving multi-million dollar software and IT projects.
- Experience with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.
- Guide and facilitate the SDLC process for project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Appropriately summarize and escalate issues to leadership.
- Conduct regular project team meetings and present weekly status updates.
- Ensure project assignments align with established timelines and budgets.
- Research, gather, assemble, and analyze facts to devise solutions to problems.
