Job Details

Job Title: ETL Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load large-scale datasets from diverse systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and platform performance.

  • Implement and maintain data quality and governance frameworks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance.

  • Support system integration, enhancements, and performance tuning activities.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ETL workflows and data lineage.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality data solutions aligned with business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6 9 years of professional experience in ETL development or data engineering.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more scripting/programming languages such as Python or C#.

  • Proven expertise in ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and exposure to big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) preferred.

  • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and data validation frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.
