Senior Project Manager (Oracle Retail-RMS/ReSA)

As Project Manager Senior Manager Inventory Systems, Price and Sales Audit, you will be working with a cross functional team to understand business and functional requirements and support quality assurance efforts for Inventory, Supply Chain and Finance initiatives. You will ensure that the Inventory platform is quality controlled using best practices to meet the scalability and reliability required for growing business needs.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Support project management efforts across a broad spectrum of cross functional projects
• Ensure business requirements, Solution, are understood well and estimation, project plans and dependencies are defined and executed to minimize production release cycle.
• Taking accountability and ownership in project governance and execution. Working closely with FTEs and multi-vendor partners and bringing in thought leadership in technical and functional conversations
• Drive automation efforts, insprint automation and regression for Inventory Systems Platform
• Be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB)
• Partner with other Dev, QA and DevOps teams (digital, retail, supply chain), design user stories and use cases, execution plans to ensure that functionalities built are thoroughly developed, unit tested, integration tested.
• Work with vendor staffed analysts, engineers to help drive project execution, planning.
• Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in in design/QA of Oracle Retail Applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, RSE services)
• Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Oracle Retail suite
• 1+ years experience in Test Automation
• Understanding of Java, microservices, integration patterns, selenium based test automation frameworks will be advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
• Basic understanding of cloud based infrastructure and web services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
