Experienced Commercial Lending Technology manager to support a multi-country lending transformation program. The consultant will work with a large technology team along with business and operations stakeholders to implement a global loan accounting platform.

  • Leverage knowledge of business/operations processes in commercial lending to effectively partner with users/process owners; partner with business teams in driving business process digitization and transformation
  • Coordinate technology activities of partner application teams across design, development, and testing phases
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing scheduling, execution, and defect management with partner applications
  • Partner with Program Management team to plan, track, and manage risks for key technology tasks and deliverables
  • Track and manage deliveries of software updates and defect fixes from software vendors
  • Manage IT Change Management processes for software deployments
  • Develop run books and related documents for ITSM/IT operations

Mandatory skills

  • Extensive experience working on major commercial lending transformation programs at large banks
  • Ability to independently develop technical and functional documentation for Commercial loan processing
  • Experience defining and documenting infrastructure/IT operations process for business applications at large global banks
  • Experience project-managing and program-managing large, complex technology programs, including complex data migrations
  • Deep knowledge of Loan IQ
