Technical Requirements
- Mix of manual and automation testing experience.
- Playwrightis the current tool, but candidates with Selenium or similar experience are acceptable.
- Healthcare domain experienceis a plus, not a requirement.
- Candidates must have a solid foundation and willingness to learn new tools and technologies (AI, automation).
- Emphasis on adaptability and growth mindset.
Experience Level
- Targeting mid-level candidates (4 5 years experience).
- Not entry-level or senior/lead level.
- Must be capable of working on complex systems and collaborating cross-functionally.
Soft Skills & Team Culture
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and attitude.
- Avoid overly competitive personalities collaboration and cohesion are key.
- Candidates should demonstrate good communication and professional maturity.
