TechOps Analyst 

Onsite - CT 
Contract-to-hire 
NO C2C*****<>Location: Onsite in Connecticut.</>

A leading company in CT is seeking a dedicated TechOps Analyst for a hybrid role that combines L3 Support Engineering and IT Infrastructure Engineering within End User Support/Desktop Administration. This position requires onsite presence and involves working the second shift from approximately 4-5 PM to 12-1 AM.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Provide advanced technical support to end users.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Windows servers (Windows 2008-2019).
  • Oversee patch management and backup/restore operations.
  • Administer VMware environments (experience with VxRail and Nutanix is a plus).
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Administer Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot server and SAN hardware (Dell experience is a plus).
<>Required Skills and Experience:</>
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows servers.
  • Experience in patch management and backups.
  • Knowledge of VMware management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with GPO administration.
  • Familiarity with server and SAN hardware.
<>Desired Skills:</>
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2019.
  • Linux systems administration.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
<>Education and Certifications:</>
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience or 10 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred certifications: MCSE, MCSA, Azure, M365, AWS.

  • Second shift: 4-5 PM to 12-1 AM.
