Job Title: Senior Database Developer Legacy Modernization
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days onsite Thurs & Fri)

Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced MS Access databases, relational schemas, and migrate legacy databases to cloud SQL services (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS).
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or AWS DMS; manage batch processing, data integration, query performance, and system monitoring.
- Create technical documentation, migration runbooks, data dictionaries, and conduct knowledge-transfer/training sessions; provide expertise in RDBMS tools (TOAD, SSMS, SQL Developer).
- Support enterprise initiatives with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, reporting/visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and contribute domain expertise in healthcare or Public Health projects.
