Job Title: Enrollment Specialist
Location: Baltimore, MD

Type: Contract
Compensation: $20/HR
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

ALTA IT Services is staffing a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist to support a leading health insurance customer. The individual is responsible for ensuring that members are accurately enrolled into the member enrollment systems in a timely manner, and according to the account contract or service agreement for complex accounts.

Pay: $20/HR

Hybrid: Baltimore, MD (4-8 times in a year span)

Health Insurance Experience Needed

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enrolling members in a timely manner.
  • Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and other forms of enrollment events.
  • Identify any abnormalities in the enrollment process.
  • Match the health plan with the members requests.
  • Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure that all group enrollments are processed prior to running the monthly bill.
  • Facets software is nice to have.
