Project Manager/Scrum master

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves end-to-end project delivery ownership - from planning and execution to monitoring and closure - ensuring alignment with client expectations, organizational standards, and agile practices.

What You'll Do:

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Drive execution of multiple concurrent projects ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical leads to translate business requirements into executable project plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests through proactive mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Ensure transparent communication through regular status reporting, dashboards, and review meetings.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and security standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the team.

What You Know:

• 8 15 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in a Project Management role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects in Agile and/or Hybrid models.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client-facing delivery within product or consulting environments.
• Understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation projects is advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Compensation Band:

$120 - $130K per annum
