Change Management Specialist (AI Adoption)
Contract Length: 6+ months (remote) CST
Overview:
Serve as a strategic enabler for AI adoption, supporting business units in developing change strategies, conducting readiness assessments, and building internal capabilities. You ll facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide advisory support, and establish feedback mechanisms to monitor change effectiveness.

Serve as a strategic enabler for AI adoption, supporting business units in developing change strategies, conducting readiness assessments, and building internal capabilities. You ll facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide advisory support, and establish feedback mechanisms to monitor change effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change readiness strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
- Engage key stakeholders and cultivate relationships for successful change initiatives.
- Provide frameworks and templates for communication and change management.
- Support training, enablement, and talent development for AI adoption.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to monitor change effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- 5+ years experience in change management, preferably in education or technology environments.
- Experience supporting business-led transformation initiatives and rapid change projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree or formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and trends is a strong plus.
