Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Architect with deep expertise in the Healthcare ( Payer / Payor ) domain to lead strategic architectural initiatives at CitiusTech. With 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, digital transformation, and AI, the ideal candidate will drive the design, modernization, and governance of complex, enterprise-wide application platforms comprising both custom-built and commercial solutions. You will collaborate with high-performing engineering teams and business stakeholders to define architectural direction, execute large-scale cloud migration strategies, and implement solutions that improve claims processing, provider integration, and overall enterprise agility. Leveraging tools like LeanIX, you will ensure robust governance, scalability, and alignment with evolving business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise architecture strategy using LeanIX to map business capabilities, value streams, and technologies across the organization.
  • Architect and execute large-scale cloud migration initiatives, particularly on Azure, for major healthcare payers.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions for claims processing and provider integration using cloud-native technologies (Azure, Databricks, etc.).
  • Drive architecture governance, documentation standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to improve enterprise agility and innovation.
  • Foster innovation, empower engineering teams, and promote a culture of high performance and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or software engineering roles - Should have strong domain understanding of Payer / Payor Healthcare.
  • At least 7+ years of architecture or application experience specifically in the Healthcare Payer domain.
  • Should have done consulting engagements in reimagining value chain for Payers.
  • Should have expertise in utilizing tools like LeanIX / Archimate.
  • Should have exposure to AI/Gen-AI initiatives in Payer Market.
  • Should have the ability to create and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap that guides technology investments and upgrades.
  • Should have the ability to Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive IT architecture, including infrastructure, applications, data management, and security.
  • Deep technical background in Java or .NET stacks, including microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, or Next.js is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Experience with application modernization across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on outcomes and value delivery.
