Job Description:
Position Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and automation-driven IT Change Management Automation Engineer to help us transform change management practices through intelligent automation and seamless tool integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with IT engineering teams to ensure high quality automation integrations with IT Change Management practices
Develop scripts and playbooks to automate infrastructure changes and deployments triggered by approved change requests.
Ensure automated deployments are compliant with change policies and auditable through ServiceNow
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations
Understanding of IT Service Management practices
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.
Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure DevOps
Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Change Management module.
Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for tool integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
