Job Description:

Experience: At least 5 years as a Salesforce Architect and at least 2 year in SFDC Marketing Cloud & 1 year in SFDC Data Cloud

Looking for someone with strengths in:

• SFMC + Data Cloud design / architecture experience (mobile push experience a good bonus since that's a gap for me)
• Problem solving & analysis skills (to unblock the team)
• Communication skills (to align the team and coordinate with client stakeholders)

Technical Lead Role Description:

• Is part of the escalation path for on-call production support for IS Pod Marketing Cloud campaigns
• Provides technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the development process
• Provides feedback on initial campaign architectural designs and helps the team push back on requirements that have outsized effort impacts relative to the business value
• Identifies key unknowns in upcoming work that would block development from starting and works with Journey Lead and stakeholders to identify a path forward then documents that for the development team
• Has oversight for quality across the dev team, maintains best practice and checklist documentation, and reports quality concerns to client's Tech People Manager
• Partners with client's Audience Development team to identify and address improvements to the audience segmentation process
• Reviews campaign briefs to ensure technical requirements and context are completely documented for successful implementation to enter the definitions, context of the KPI, data into the tool (this can be learnt on the job)
