Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Reporting Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Dubuque, Iowa. In this role, you will focus on delivering comprehensive reporting solutions, data analysis, and integration for manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SAP S/4HANA, reporting design, and business process optimization to support key operational functions such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements to design and develop SAP S/4HANA reporting solutions tailored to operational needs.
Conduct data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and integration with SAP systems.
Develop and implement functional and technical specifications for complex reports related to Sales, Financials, and Cost Analysis.
Perform impact analysis to ensure seamless integration of reporting systems with existing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design graphical, formula-based, and drill-down reports for data analysis and decision-making.
Execute quality assurance testing to validate report functionality and accuracy.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA reporting tools.
Optimize Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes through tailored reporting solutions.
Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and enhance data visualization capabilities.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend best practices for implementation.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA and related reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business process functions, including Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay.
Proficiency in SAP technologies such as SAP FICO, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA.
Hands-on experience in designing and configuring SAP integrations for manufacturing processes.
Expertise in creating complex graphical and formula-based reports using SAP tools.
Familiarity with configuration management and quality assurance practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and analyze data effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
