Job Details
Vega is hiring ! Sr. Project Manager for our direct client. Seeking a strong, articulate candidate with a Strong Back Ground in Salesforce CPQ. Seeking candidates located on the East Coast to support East Coast hours.
Seasoned Project Manager needed to manage Salesforce CQP initiatives. Project Manager must develop a plan of action to get project kicked off and managed, working across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions. Heavy Stakeholder management required
Responsibilities include:
- Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
- Host project meetings consistently with team and managers.
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Oversee Project Coordinators/project team.
- Understand Business Needs.
- Work well with Business leader to understand Objectives from Business perspective.
- Stakeholders Management
Job Requirements:
- 7 years of PM experience with applicable College Degree.
- Salesforce CPQ
- Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management
- Stakeholder management
- Time management skills
- Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Familiarity with the work being done by each team member.
- Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus
