Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical proficiency with Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors), excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the organization s integration roadmap.

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.

  • Expertise in Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services (REST/SOAP); experience with Workday Studio preferred.

  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and scripting (Python or JavaScript) for custom integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Finance, HCM, and Payroll processes and how they connect within Workday.

  • Solid grasp of integration security, including Role-based and User-based access and domain management.

  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to gather, validate, and deliver technical solutions aligned to business needs.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
