Location: Orlando, FL, 4 days a week.
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $60.00/hr - $75.00hr

Program Manager, Release Train Engineer
  • Ideal, 10 years of experience, will consider 5-7 years.
  • Must be proficient in Jira
Day to day will consist of tracking projects and ensuring go-live dates can be met, finding road blocks, ensuring deliverables are met in time, developing timelines and tracking work to stay on the timelines, going through data in Jira from a PM perspective to understand status, raise red flags on delays, sitting through meetings, getting updates, speaking up when things aren't going according to schedule This person should have a leader mindset and should be able to work with many different personalities to provide feedback, should be able to own a process with little supervision This role isn't for one particular project, but will be dealing with all resort guest-facing technology (not including attractions---so think photo pass validation, app, etc..) Hardware and Software knowledge would be a nice to have

Program Managers oversee the various projects a business implements to ensure they all align effectively with the organization's mission and the program's goals. The company's leadership team will typically inform Program Managers of their strategic direction and the goals they'd like the company to achieve. Program Managers will then monitor the progress of several projects within their program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals.

They're responsible for building a budget for the program and must ensure all projects stay within this budget. Most Program Managers create their own evaluation method to properly review and assess the strengths of their program and to determine any areas of improvement

  • 5+ years of experience as Senior Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE), Senior Project Manager, and/or Program Manager.
  • Two (2) years of experience supporting/ managing multiple Scrum Masters, and/or Project Managers simultaneously.
  • Associates degree or higher. Information Technology or technical degree preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
  • Proven oral, written, and business presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
  • Experience in Theme Park technology projects preferred.
