Key Responsibilities:
Implement and troubleshoot SSO/MFA (Ping, Azure AD, Okta).
Support and customize SailPoint for access governance.
Manage PAM solutions and respond to incidents.
Provide Level 2 support and document solutions.
Design and integrate IAM solutions with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of IAM tools, particularly in the areas of Access Management (SSO/MFA), Access Governance (SailPoint), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role involves providing Level 2 support and contributing to engineering activities, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
5+ years in AM, IGA, or PAM; expertise in one IAM capability.
Strong knowledge of IAM tools and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn new IAM technologies.
Nice-to-haves: IAM certifications (CISSP, SailPoint), scripting (PowerShell, Python), financial industry experience.
Team player, detail-oriented, and quick learner.
