Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow Development experience with implementation, administration, configuration.
  • Must have hands on standard CSM (preferrable) or ITSM process implementation.
  • ServiceNow in depth Process knowledge (CSM Process, integrations etc.).
  • Experience in ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, REST, email, MID Server, etc. )
  • Experience in Knowledge management, User criteria, ACL.
  • Good understanding on Proactive customer service operations, live chat, Agent workspace, Virtual agent.
  • Experience with ServiceNow version control, update sets, and application deployment.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and customized forms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM module; additional modules like HRSD, CSM, or SecOps is a plus.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
  • Experience working with government or public sector clients is preferred.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
