Location: Remote in the US

Travel Requirement: Quarterly meetings onsite in Pennsylvania Required (Paid travel)
Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of IT experience, including business process design.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and solution delivery.
  • Strong background in enterprise-level integrations and API-driven architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Industry experience in health insurance or healthcare technology.
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Technical Skills (Relevant to Role)

  • Salesforce Core Products, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Heroku, Apex Code.
  • Enterprise architecture design principles.
  • Integrations and API development.
  • Data warehousing and database technologies (Oracle, Teradata, SQL).
  • Web and mobile technologies (HTML5, XML, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect).

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and preferably Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud) to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex enterprise architecture solutions. This position will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The role will also provide technical leadership across integration, architecture, and solution design efforts, with a focus on the healthcare payer and provider space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and system designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and solution integrity.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Stay current on Salesforce capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Evaluate architecture options, balancing scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Oversee technical aspects of system development, integration, and change management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, influencing business processes and technology adoption.
