Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire

Job Description:

The Project Manager is a key member of the Service Delivery organization and the face to the customer throughout the Implementation process. This person will deliver an end-to-end solution to our customers, from quote to implementation, with an exceptional level of service. This role will provide Project Management by setting expectations, timelines, managing all communication and providing direction to the Project Coordination and Dispatch team(s). Installations include new location installations, existing location upgrades and refreshes, as well as location relocations.

The right candidate for this role will be a master communicator, providing our customer with an excellent experience by setting proper expectations that align with the customer s implementation timing, provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, single point of contact to manage the customer relationship, guide and set expectations for internal resources to execute on time and under budget. Finally, as a member of the Service Delivery Team, the Project Manager will manage multiple priorities, generate innovative solutions to problems, and provide our customers with an excellent experience from quote through delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides end-to-end project management and coordination for the implementation of security and technology solutions to franchise business owners nationwide.
  • Provides technical Project Management expertise to the service delivery team while managing the communication to, and the expectations of, the Franchisee.
  • Acts as the single-point-of-contact for the franchisee, from the very first consult with the franchisee through installation of the designated solution.
  • Works directly with internal technical resources to build out recommendations on ideal security and technology solution for each project.
  • Maintains complete communication, control, and responsibility of the project plan from consultation through installation.
  • Provides coordination of internal project team and external resources to ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conducts Project Kick-off meeting, facilitate conference calls with the franchisee and internal partners as necessary, and keep franchisee informed of key project milestones.
  • Resolves any post-installation issues or discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP Certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the proven ability to effectively communicate with technical, non-technical, leadership, and customer audiences
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • 3-5+ years B2B project management experience
  • Self-directed with strong initiative and a passion for accomplishing results through strong interpersonal relationships
  • Analytical and creative problem solving/solution seeking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Results-oriented, driven to deliver agreed outcomes under constraints
