Responsibilities:
* Manage complex initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating processes that are no longer needed. These efforts require you to work with multiple teams in and/or across organizations.
* Accountable for the strategy and management of of a large program. You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery).
* Understand the inter dependencies of the business problems you help solve (e.g., aligned workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal and compliance requirements, program support, etc.).
* Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
* Able to make a case for project priorities, resource allocation, and/or appropriate program adoption, to achieve a desired business outcome, resolve a deficiency, or unblock delivery.
* Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs.
* Foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus).
* Partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
* Creative problem solvers: identifying root issues/solutions
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
* Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or related field OR 8+ years of professional experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience (building processes, project management, and schedules)
* Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
* Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
