Project Manager - Data Reporting Analyst (Consumer Banking) The Role: Driving Data-Driven Efficiency We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Project Manager and Data Reporting Analyst to join a critical team within a major national Consumer Banking Group. This role requires an individual who can blend strong project management discipline with sophisticated data analysis skills to drive process optimization and enhance customer experience.


The successful candidate must be a proven independent performer who can quickly take ownership of reporting pipelines and deliver reliable insights with minimal supervision.


Project Context: Modernization & UAT This team is focused on modernization and quality assurance, specifically within User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The group is actively transitioning its processes from legacy scripts to modern testing platforms like ALM Octane and implementing cutting-edge tools (Tosca from Tricentis). Candidates should ideally have exposure to UAT processes or modern testing methodologies.




qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience in a role combining project management and data analysis/reporting, preferably within a large financial institution.


MUST have significant, recent experience within Consumer Banking or Consumer Deposits.


Proven track record as a self-starter who can take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues independently, and deliver results with minimal supervision.


Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) for data manipulation and analysis.


Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and knowledge management.
