RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a Business Analyst to support multiple HR initiatives. This role will focus on process mapping, system requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance HR operations and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct end-to-end process mapping, identifying stakeholders, system vs. non-system steps, and improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various HR verticals including: Benefits & Total Rewards; Recruiting & Interview Scheduling; International Benefits Enrollment
* Work across multiple platforms and applications, including the HR Module of ServiceNow and other HR systems
* Write clear and actionable system requirements and assist in prioritization of enhancements
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions
* Develop process documentation and potentially training materials to support change management and adoption
REQUIREMENTS:
* Background in Human Resources with a transition into a more technical or systems-focused role
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow, particularly the HR module
* Proven ability to write requirements, test solutions, and document processes
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and functions
* Self-starter with a passion for improving systems and processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
