Experience with data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Advanced Data Engineering & Statistical Modeling
oDemonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and build statistical models to generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Programming Languages
oStrong skills in Python, SQL, or Scala for data pipeline development, data manipulation, and analysis
Machine Learning Implementation
oExperience designing and deploying machine learning algorithms to address business challenges
Nice to Have:
Capacity data experience at Meta, Amazon or other major tech companies preferred
Capacity Planning and Forecasting experience
Data Visualization & Communication
oAbility to develop clear, impactful data visualizations and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data Governance & Privacy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture, requirements, and deliver robust solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with Meta's data governance and privacy standards
Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
Communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
