Consultants needs to be on Quantum's payroll (On T4)

Note: Need to have someone with certification at a minimum AZ700 or AZ305.

The Microsoft Azure Technical Specialist should have the following qualities, and should have at least 5 years of related work experience (candidates with less experience may still be considered):

a. Experience with Directory Synchronization tools in Microsoft Azure (e.g. Microsoft Azure AD Connect);

b. Experience supporting and implementing Identity and Access Management/Governance best practices for large(> 70,000 users) Microsoft Azure Active Directory user synchronizations with on premise Microsoft Azure Active Directory users;

c. Experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud architectures;

d. Experience with implementing best practices related to Microsoft Azure Identity Governance and Microsoft Azure Zero Trust services, such as but not limited to: PIM, Risk Based Policies, MFA, Conditional Access Policies, CASB, PAM, Entitlement Management, Microsoft Azure AD/Guest account and group lifecycle management/governance within a hybrid on-premise/cloud based environment, Access Reviews, Defender for Identities, etc.

e. Experience with integrating Active Directory and managing server virtualization technologies within Microsoft Azure cloud service offerings.

f. Experience with Azure monitoring.

g. Desired experience with scripting languages, i.e., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc;

h. Desired knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, i.e., VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalling;

i. Cloud support Experience with Linux or Windows-based systems administration skills in a cloud or virtualized environment;

j. Desired certifications include Microsoft Azure-Specific certification at a minimum AZ700 or AZ305.
