Complete Description:
- Project Management for Complaints and Restitution Programs. - Stand up and manage the centralized Complaints program execution plan for ET&O which will include the following
- Update existing procedures and create new procedures covering complaint intake, triage, remediation, establishment of 1st line SLAs, 1st line tracking and reporting
- Work with team to identify cross functional stakeholders and align process and procedures to execute against policy and standards Identify, track, and project manage training and communication deliverables
- Work with Change Management team to continue ET&O execution plan for Restitution Program
- Finalize business readiness deliverables for publication of new Restitution Standard and track completion
- Update existing procedures and create new procedures mapped to new standard including intake, triage, remediation, establishment of 1st line SLAs, 1st line tracking and reporting
- Work with team to identify cross functional stakeholders and align process and procedures to execute against new Restitution Standards
- Identify, track, and project manage training and communication deliverables.
