Job Details

Payrate: $39.50- $41.40/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial planning, forecasting and analysis for the Global Capabilities and Analytics functions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on financial planning and execution.
  • Act as a liaison between GCO and Finance to improve process efficiency and communication.
  • Update Operating Expense forecast line items in Anaplan forecasting tool.
  • Report variances between forecasts and actuals at each quarter-end.
  • Create and Manage Purchase Orders in SAP Ariba.
  • Manage Invoices within SAP.
  • Manage Actuals Reporting through Anaplan forecasting tool.
  • Assist business partners with finance concerns.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP, SAP Ariba, Anaplan.
  • Experience in Financial, Planning and Analysis within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • MBA or CPA.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • Proficiency in SAP (Financial ERP system).
  • Proficiency in Anaplan (financial forecasting SaaS).
  • Experience in Financial, Planning and Analysis within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.50 - $41.40/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
