AI Developer (AI & Low-Code Integration)

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite required)

Early Growth (1 2 years / strong internship or AI project exposure)

Overview
We are seeking Developers to design and implement AI-driven automation for financial back-office processes. You will build solutions using Google s low-code/no-code tools, integrate financial systems, and ensure workflows are accurate and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop applications and automations using AppSheet, Dialogflow, or similar tools.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven workflow agents.
  • Integrate data from multiple financial systems with accuracy and traceability.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop exception handling workflows.
  • Collaborate in pods with PMs, architects, and engineers.
  • Adopt and experiment with emerging AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (AppSheet, Dialogflow, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Solid background in full-stack development (APIs, queries, databases, stylesheets).
  • Understanding of financial data workflows and system integrations.
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation, prompt-tuning, or agent-based workflows.
  • Adaptable mindset, eager to learn and try new approaches.
