Job Details

As the Lead Business Application analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management and optimization of key business applications, with a primary focus on Netsuite, while also managing Del Boomi, Celigo, and Vertify applications. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll lead efforts to onboard new applications and enhance the efficiency of existing ones. Your responsibilities will extend to negotiating contracts and project updates with external vendors.

This is a management position but they need someone who can work hands on with the applications and is comfortable with the business technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the optimization and management of crucial business applications, focusing on Netsuite, Del Boomi, Celigo, and Vertify.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new applications and enhance the efficiency of existing ones.
  • Negotiate contracts and project updates with external vendors.
  • Formulate strategic visions to drive business application optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Enforce and implement IT policies to ensure compliance and security.
  • Manage budgets effectively to support business application initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of CRM or ERP experience.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Applications, NetSuite, Del Boomi, Celigo, and Vertify.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate strategic visions.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience enforcing and implementing IT policies.
  • Budget management acumen.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with business applications.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk.
  • Exposure to other CRM or ERP systems.
