Join our dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager II, where you'll lead and coordinate key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role offers a chance to showcase your leadership skills and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
- May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Experience Required:
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Smartsheet experience (at least 2 YOE)
- N/A
- Previous Amazonian experience is a LARGE stand out (contract central, workdocs, amazon approvers tool specifically)
- Existing AWS experience
- Develop standardized templates or playbooks
- End to end project work flows
- Tracking systems
- Smartsheet experience
- Centralized management system that they created
- Cross functional timelines
