Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Windows 10
- 3-5%2B years of experience in supporting internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC's, and MAC's. - Mobile device support experience is a plus
Troubleshooting Skills Candidate should possess advanced troubleshooting skills. This includes understanding of how technology works together, hardware vs. software issues, OS issues vs. application issues, and basic networking concepts (ex. Ethernet vs. WiFi). They should be able to demonstrate a clear, logical progression when diagnosing/triaging an issue; even one not familiar to them.
Communication Skills Candidate should possess advance communication skills. This includes both verbal and written. They can interact with individuals or groups using clear, easily understandable speech. They can make difficult technological concepts easier to understand. They are always patience and respectful. They write using proper grammar and have experience creating technical documentation (example of such would be appreciated).
Leadership Skills Candidate should possess basic leadership skills. This includes working well within a group or individually. They lead by example and know how to motivate others. They take ownership of issues and continually look for ways to improve themselves and their team.
