NTT DATA's Client is seeking a CPACS Support Analyst that is able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in Cardiology PACS / Hemodynamics applications.

Skills required :

  • Master the basics of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of the HL7 / DICOM standard in theory and practice
  • Basic knowledge of database structures and can create database queries (e.g. SQL)
  • Understanding of diagnostic images and workflows with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Radiological Information Systems (RIS)
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong team player and the willingness for further training
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Must have minimum of 5 years working experience supporting / implementing the following applications (Experience must include at least priority 1 or 2):
    • Cardiology Medical Imaging / Hemo:
      • Priority 1: IBM Merge Cardio / Hemo
      • Priority 2: Client CCW / CardioLab
      • Priority 3: Change Healthcare CPACS / Hemo
      • Priority 4: Fuji Synapse Prosolv
  • Experience using ServiceNow is a plus

Skills preferred :

  • Basic knowledge of current server operating systems, virtual environments, and networks as well as the safe handling of client hardware / software
  • Working knowledge of VPN (virtual private network) and NAT (network address translation) technologies

Typical Day to day tasks:

  • Maintaining, managing, and troubleshooting of the PACS / CPACS system
  • Managing and implementing the storage of all received digital images from a variety of sources to build and maintain routing solutions
  • Developing and planning strategies, and providing technical support
  • Serving as a point of contact for the further development and improvement of a system in a medical facility
  • Jointly responsible for the administration of user profiles
  • Managing the updating and archiving of image data
  • Managing supplier relationships and maintaining technology
  • Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to communicate storage and compute needs for the PACS application

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (55 TO 60). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
