Sr. Infrastructure Engineer
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is an integral part of the Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure, and ensuring their consistency across the firm. This role will work closely with the architecture team on design efforts for new applications, and will also work closely with operations teams on maintenance and support processes and procedures. This role will be located in our Global Services Office, which is located in Downtown Los Angeles, or our Las Vegas office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Terraform
Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration management
Implementing security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance
Working with development and application teams to improve culture and practices
Maintaining documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures
Keeping up to date with emerging infrastructure technologies and recommending improvements to existing solutions
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the company retains
We d love to hear from you if you:
Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, networking, security, and governance
Display proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible, or Kubernetes
Possess experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments
And have:
A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive computer systems management and support experience, preferably in a multi-site enterprise-scale environment
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and solutions
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related field, preferably
Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or an equivalent
A bachelor s degree or an equivalent in computer science, information technology, or a related field
International law firm or professional/financial services experience, preferably
