Title: Business Analyst (APIs, Agile and Visio exp mandatory)

Description:
Our public sector client seeking 2 detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analysts to join our teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights and technical solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of systems, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. We are a hybrid work environment requiring 2-days on site weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Develop user stories, process flows, data models, and wireframes.
Support testing activities by creating test plans, test cases, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies.
Experience with large scale complex data migration projects
Proficiency in tools like Draw.io or Visio for documenting and improving business processes.
Preference for Azure DevOPS experience for supporting requirements, project life cycle, and testing.
Environment: Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Agile Methodologies
